Renoir & Matisse

Renoir Jewelry was founded by Jerry Fells in 1946. The company was based in California.  In 1952, Fells also started Matisse, a sister company to Renoir. Renoir and Matisse both manufactured copper jewelry.  Renoir jewelry is generally all copper without embellishments or enamels. Matisse copper jewelry generally featured enamels and/or stones. Renoir and Matisse both closed in 1964.
