Collection: ORA

ORA jewelry was started by Oreste Agnini as the Oreste Agnini Company in 1921. Ralph Singer then became his partner and the company name was changed to Agnini and Singer.  The jewelry name ORA was a combination of their first names Oreste and Ralph.  Early ORA pieces were unsigned with the trademark beginning in the late 40’s.  Mr. Singer bought the company when Mr. Agnini retired in 1953. He changed the name to the Ralph Singer Company but kept the Ora trademark. The company remained family owned until it was sold in the early 80’s.  The name of the company stayed the same and ORA jewelry is still being made.
