Refund policy

RETURN POLICY
Returns will be accepted only if the item has been misrepresented as to condition. We take great care to provide a detailed description, accurate measurements, and pictures of each garment. We have also provide a condition and size reference for every product and will answer any and all questions to help you make an informed decision. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for items that do not fit correctly or you dislike.

REFUND POLICY
-All sales are final unless the item has been grossly misrepresented.
-The buyer who wishes to return an item due to misrepresentation must email us of the intent to return within 24 hours of the receipt of said item. A refund will not be issued if the item is returned without notification.
-Merchandise MUST be returned in exactly the same condition as it was sent no later than seven (7) days from the date it was shipped. The item must be insured to the full amount.
-If the item is received without prior notification of the return or after the 7 day requirement, we will refuse the shipment.
-No refund will be issued until the merchandise is in our possession and in exact condition in which it was shipped to the customer. Please be advised that return shipping charges will not be refunded.
-No exceptions will be made to this policy.
