Collection: Trifari Sets

Trifari was founded as Trifari and Trifari in 1910 by Gustavo Trifari and his uncle. The name became Trifari when his uncle left a few years later. Leo Kraussman joined the company in 1917, followed by Carl Fishel. The name was changed to Trifari, Kraussman, and Fishel, using the hallmark KTF. In 1930, Alfred Phillipe became the head designer. He remained there until 1968, helping Trifari become one of the largest jewelry manufacturers in the country. The Trifari family sold the company to Hallmark Jewelry Company in 1975. It was then sold to Crystal Brands in 1988 and Chase Capital (owners of Monet) in 1994. As of 2000, Trifari is owned by Liz Claiborne.
