Style: This dress has a rounded neckline with a hidden button placket down the center front to the waist. At the top of the placket there is a large pearlized button embellishment. It has short sleeves and shoulder pads. The waist has elastic in it and the skirt is full and pleated. There is a matching self fabric belt.
