1980s Ifi Peplum Dress

Style: This secretary style dress has puffy short sleeves and a rounded neckline with a hook and eye on the center back. The waistline is gathered with elastic and there is a self fabric peplum with a white boarder. The skirt is loose fitting.

Condition: Very good vintage condition-There is some wear to the fabric. There is also a very faint stain on one of the dots. Please refer to the photos.
