1970s Spaghetti Strap Peasant Maxi Dress

Style: This sleeveless dress has double spaghetti straps and a elastic, rouching panel around the chest. The skirt is long and is made from the same pattered fabric but opposite colorway as the top. The bottom of the skirt is then finished with a large ruffle made from the same fabric as the top.
