1962 Sarah Coventry Black Beauty Brooch

The Black Beauty collection was introduced by Sarah Coventry in 1962. This Black Beauty brooch features a large black cabochon in a silver-tone dog tooth setting. The cabochon sits in the center of a raised, polished silver-tone sunburst. The sunburst is supported on a round, concave disc. The silver-toned disc is textured with lines and tiny dots to complete the look. The brooch measures approximately 2" in diameter and closes with a locking clasp. It is signed ©SARAH COV on the back. This beautiful brooch is in excellent vintage condition.
