1960s Jewelarama Holographic Disc Cat Brooch

This 1960s cat brooch was made by the Jewelarama Company. It was part their diffraction/refraction collection which featured the use of holographic discs. This Jewelarama cat brooch features  2 discs, 1 forms the cat’s head and a larger disc forms the body. A variety of colors radiate from the discs as the brooch moves. The discs are in a silver-tone cat shaped setting that includes the cat’s ears and tail. The brooch measures approximately 2”  H  x  1¼” W and closes with a locking C clasp. It is signed © JEWELARAMA on the back of the brooch. This super cool brooch is in excellent vintage condition.
